Delivery

Orders placed will be processed on the following day. Orders placed Friday, over the weekend and during public holiday will be processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Orders going out can take up to three to five business days to arrive depending on the location of delivery.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to customers at the end of each business day. The tracking number associated with the order will be attached to the order within 24 hours from time of shipment. 

Free shipping policy

Orders over RM80.00 qualify for our free shipping discount. This applies only to shipping within West Malaysia. Shipments going to Sabah or Sarawak do not qualify because of increased shipping rates to these addresses.
